There are ambassadorial privileges in the Kingdom

*Scripture Commentaries.*

In the Kingdom of God, there are ambassadorial privileges.

Their privileges cover the authority over any territory they find themselves, Josh 1:3, Deut 11:24a Luke 10:19.

They do not wander. They are sent.

They have immunity and are fully protected by God, Ps 105:15.

In spite of God's privileges available to them, God is still a God of equality and equity.

He loves us equally, He gives us the same opportunities and providence, John 3:16, Matt 5:45.

He is a God of equity because He recognizes we experience

different circumstance, so He gives grace, allocates provisions and opportunities needed to achieve an equal outcome if we care to cease the opportunities. For example, the parable of the talents, Matthew 25:14-19.

As an ambassador of a country has special privileges exclusive to his office as an ambassador, so does God give special privileges to those He calls, chooses, and he/she is known by Him

Of all of any country's administrative makeups, an ambassador stands distinguished.

Among many immunities, he is the Head of State's, President's

highest-ranking representative, he is the country he represents.

A receiving country has no right to prosecute and punish ambassadors. They are immuned from criminal jurisdiction of the receiving country

He has the highest level of protection, than are available to ordinary citizens, be it senators, governors, ministers, commissioners, etc

An ambassador serves at the pleasure of the Head of State or President who sends him and could sack him or recall him anytime.

The same immunity works in the Kingdom of God.

Paul says in 2 Cor 5:20 that we are Christ's ambassadors.

Paul exhorts us to win others to this special privilege.

By his words, he admonishes us to beseech, appeal to, plead with and in a more direct way, beg others to be like himself as an ambassador so that they also may enjoy 'diplomatic immunity' as we enjoy as ambassadors of Christ and the only way they could enjoy this immunity is when they make up their minds to be reconciled to God!, 2 Cor 5:20.

Paul is saying that we beseech them on Christ's behalf. We present ourselves to them as though Christ was making His appeal through us and as if Christ was calling them through us.

Christ ambassadors will make ambassadors of others.

The first and last step is to pray that they be reconciled to God. In other words, sin separates us from God, but once we forsake sin, we will restore friendly relations with God.

As Christ's ambassadors, we must not limit God's goodness just to ourselves.

The Psalmist says in Psalm 34:8 *O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.*

There are Kingdom privileges open to Christ ambassadors.

You can be one of them who receive such privileges.

Choose to be reconciled to God.

*Remorse corner.*

If you are reconciled to God, you qualify to be His ambassador.

*Call to Word action.*

A special privilege of an ambassador of Christ is that He saves from evil men.

Isaiah 43:4 *Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

Just as a nation's ambassador is the pride of a country and its highest-ranking representative, so is an ambassador of Christ His priced possession.

Deut 7:6 *For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.*

*Prayer.*

Lord, as You have made me Your ambassador, help me to make ambassador of others for You in Jesus name.

Good morning all, and have a blessed day.

God bless you.
