It makes the angry volatile, it makes his relations with others sour. Bible admonishes we avoid angry people, Prov 22:24.
The future of the angry person is miserable unless he deals with it, Eph 4:31, Col 3:8.
Anger is an unseen irritant of the heart, the relentless invader of silence in a peaceful gathering, Prov 29:22.
Bitterness grows like a tumor and becomes malignant and infectious through a ravage noise of war across all, Prov 29:8.

Pacify anger, do not escalate it.

You can be your own good manager of your temperament. Let your anger go as quickly as it came on you

The Christian clarion duty
You may not be able to justify your anger before God. When you see anger coming, be quiet! Remember, no one can quote silence!
James 1:20: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Prayer
Proverbs 19:11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.
Lord, help me to overcome anger, in Jesus name.
