Genesis 37:10-11 And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Could l not have a secret to myself?
Scripture Commentaries
It however still remains that "you are your own boss". You can have your own personal secrets, but let it be to God's glory. Prov 25:2 says "lt is the glory of God to conceal a thing:...."
However, make sure it is not injurious, mutinous, rebellious, or of any vices.
Remember there is no secret that shall not be made known, Luke 8:17.
Therefore whatever your secret is, let it be of "...charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:" 1 Tim 1:5.
Many people often say "l succeed more if l do not share my secrets with people",
This may be true, but l have not found one who willfully executes the success without needing someone.
If you are such a person who believes in this, make sure, at least, you share first with God, Prov 16:3.
If you truly share with God, He will send you to someone who will make sure you will not fail. Remember God is faithful to His word
Scriptures say "Plans succeed through good counsel; don't go to war without wise advice." (NLT) Prov 20:18.
It is very important to pray to God to help you when to share and whom to share.
Be patiently wise!
Remorse corner
