ESTEEMING OTHERS...BETTER THAN YOURSELF (3)
Updated: Feb 11
Rom 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Insight and Highlight
You are not better than others as you think neither are they any lesser than you think of them.
The parable of the talents (Matt 25: 14-30) clearly illustrates that though everyone's abilities may defer, the same standards of productivity and efficiency are expected of them from God according to their different abilities.
Never see anyone's role any lesser or more than yours.
Focus and employ your God-given gift in His service, do not be distracted to ignore them.
Esteem others, appreciate their services, accept your delegated responsibility with honor to God.
Be not puffed nor look down on others.
1 Corinthians 4:18 Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.
Call to Word action
Rom 12:3 also teaches no one can be more or less born again than any other believer.
The Christian clarion duty
Do not rob others of their commitment, by looking down on them.
Lord, help me that l do not arrogate power to myself more than l ought to or more than is given to me.
Let me see others as co-laborers and also with God, in Jesus name.
Good morning all and have a blessed day.
God bless you.
