SEEK THE FIRE

Acts 2: 2-4 ► And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

lnsight and Highlight

Acts 10:38 ► How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Scripture Commentaries

No believer should launch out without receiving power on High and the equipping for exploits through the baptism by fire evidence of speaking in tongues

Fire lunges. It is symbolized by a sudden forward rush or reaches, it fills everywhere when it burns: Acts 2: 2 ► And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind,..."

It knows no bounds when it burns.

Your impact must be felt in the Kingdom if you are a carrier of His fire.

Remorse Corner

Wait to receive power, the true power of the Holy Ghost.

Call to Word action

The Holy Ghost is of a "...rushing mighty wind...". When He is ready to impart you, He will come on you like a mighty rushing wind. He does not expect you to burn for God without His true fire.

The Christian clarion duty

Follow the instructions and directives of Christ: "..wait..and you shall receive power...after that, the Holy Ghost come upon you...

Do not rush to burn but leave the rush to Him to make you burn for Him Lord, l receive the fresh fire of the Holy Ghost today, renew and refresh me, in Jesus name.

Good morning all and have a blessed day.

God bless you.
