John 2:1-5– And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

New wine and New Life are in the mouth of Jesus.
Scripture Commentaries
In life's celebrations, when things are at the brink of collapse, people may depart before the poverty of the host reveals itself.
The wedding at Cana suddenly experienced a shortage. What next?
Jesus was there, so also His mother.
To fulfill the miracle of sustenance, Jesus ordered what was needed and the hosts' much-needed supply of additional refreshment was met.
The hosts ran out of supplies but not of hope and more importantly, they had the One in whose mouth is Life -Jesus.
Today, marks the beginning of August, the third of our three months of Season of Visitation, June, and July being the first two.
Is there still an essential miracle you wished that is still elusive?
Be like the hosts in the marriage in Cana. If Jesus is already in your life issue your request for a miracle.
If Jesus is not yet in your life, invite Him in today!
Remorse corner
The hosts invited Jesus in the marriage at Cana, they also complied and did as instructed, John 2:7– Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
Call to Word action
They obeyed Jesus' command and at the end of the miracle, they found out
the best had been kept for the end of the celebration: John 2:10 ....but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
The Christian clarion duty
Do not give up, seek Christ and obey as instructed and as He says: John 2:5
His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
Prayer
Pass me not O Lord this month. Hear my humble cry, I need a miracle, visit me this month, in Jesus' name.
