DREAMS(9).

*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*

*DREAMS (9).*

*Scripture Treasure.*

Gen 13:14 *And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:*

*Insight and Highlight.*

Our vision is limitless to afford us to improve within the sphere of the spiritual blessings of God.

God told Abraham to *"Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west."*, Gen 13:14 (NLT)

*Scripture Commentaries.*

Having seen the blessings of God on the obedience of the Rechabites, we see that till today, the family of the Rechabites remain normadic and without a vision to pursue what God has freely given them.

How practical can we be to a strict legacy that seems to confine us from having our own vision?

Did God's blessing to the Rechabites mean they should confine themselves to a normadic life as their fathers had told them?

Today, we will look at the Biblical practical approach to improving within the sphere of God's blessings.

This illustration tells us that though God has blessed us, we are more opened to vast opportunities as long as we remain with God. We are capable of achieving as far as our eyes can see.

The story of the tribe of Issachar serves as a perfect illustration of how

God's blessings affords us unlimited opportunities to prosper in every where we tread.

Joshua 1:8 tells us that if we meditate the word of God day and night, and it does not depart out of our mouth God shall *".....make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.*

God blessed the tribe of Issachar, but they were not confined to their blessings.

In Gen 49:14-15. The blessings was that *"...Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens:....and became a servant unto tribute.*

As much as they were burden bearers, they became astute visioneers: an outstanding ability to notice, understand things clearly, and teach others.

By their knowing of the time, they awoke people out of their slumber and sleep. They taught them how to look forward!

We must know there is a practical approach to every spiritual blessing.

The blessing of God opens the door. Our practical approach encourages us to enlarge our coasts within the sphere of God's blessings.

This practical approach is found in Issachar's ability to see how things were going and what things could be.

They did not limit themselves to being

*".....mighty men of valour",* 1 Chro 7:1-5.

1 Chron 12:32 may be telling us that they studied the times. They added knowledge to the wisdom of *"understanding the times..*

Just like the Rechabites obeyed their fathers, 1 Chro 12:32 records for the tribe of Issachar that *"....the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.*

Yet, this did not prevent them from employing a liberal and wider approach to a strict family regulation.

The Rechabites' obedience of their fathers' laid down regulation was good and a perfect example of obedience that brought blessing, but fulfilling God’s ordained will for your life is still expected of you by God.

Do you have a vision?

Do not be limited!

*Remorse corner.*

There is a practical and wider improvement to every spiritual blessing.

*Call to Word action.*

God has given us both insightful eyes and eyes of vision that are not confined. We are limitless to have all we can see.

*The Christian clarion duty.*

The same God who blessed them as a burden bearer endowed them with the gift of wisdom.

*Prayer.*

Lord, help me to achieve my vision as far as l can see. I remain limitless in my vision to be successful in Jesus name.

Good morning all, and have a blessed day today.

God bless you.
