*WISDOM FOR TODAY.* *PROVOKING GOOD WORKS (2)* *Scripture Treasure.* 1 Peter 1:22 *Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:* *Insight and Highlight.* Whatever the opportunity to serve is brought to you, take it up, encouraging others. *Scripture Commentaries.* Today, just like in times of old, some have turned love into hypocrisy. Sadly, Paul wrote to Timothy saying 🔹 *Some have departed from these and have turned to meaningless talk*.► 1 Tim1:5-6. Laboring for the undeserving, loving the unlovable, praying for enemies, not reviling when reviled, not rewarding evil with evil, are all unique Chrislike attributes found in a true child of God. The Apostle Paul expressed a purposeful heart of disposition to love that he will very gladly spend and be spent, even to his last farthing. *Remorse corner.* What are you sacrificing for love, to provoke other to good works? *Call to Word action.* Romans 12:11: *Do not let your zeal subside; keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.* *The Christian clarion duty.* Eccl 9:10 *Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might;....."* *Prayer.* Lord, help me to do my part manfully as long as life is given me, and in doing let me encourage others to good works, in Jesus name. Good morning all and have a blessed day today God bless you.
