James 1: 3-4 *Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.*

*But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.*

Patience may be longsuffering but it yields great profit. It ranks among the core values and an underlying virtue of a good Christian attitude.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

There is a saying: "patience is the king of good attititude".

Patience, though not mentioned as one of the fruit of the Spirit, is implied in all of them namely: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Meekness, temperance.

A moment of patience in a moment of anger saves you a hundred moment of regrets.

Anger, on the other hand, does not solve anything, it can only destroy everything. It steals away what the future holds, Deut 32:51-52

It is always the source of a grave consequence of one's action.

God is patient with you so be patient, always.

Proverbs 16:32 *He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.*

Do not allow your emotions to override the patience expected of you.

Lord help and endow me with the fruit of the Spirit. Do not allow anger to rob me of my future, in Jesus name.
