*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*
*OUT NUMBERED OR OUT ORGANIZED.(2).*
*Scripture Treasure.*
Matt 12:43-45 *When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.*
*Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.*
*Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.*
*Insight and Highlight.*
If we deprive ourselves of God's presence, we could be outnumbered and outorganized by Satan.
*Scripture Commentaries.*
It is the devil's wish to be in control.
Where he had lost control, he hoped to regain it.
When the Devil is in control of a person, he exercises the power to influence or direct their minds and behavior. This begins a state of demonic possession and manipulation.
The Devil takes control by both outnumbering and outorganizing his victims.
No one can be organized when he has lost control of himself to Satan.
He will yield his body and everything to Satan, and he becomes his servants. Paul says in
Romans 6:16, which says, *Know you not, that to whom you yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants you are whom you obey.*
Satan becomes his master. He becomes his servants.
Matt 12;43-45 tells us that when Satan is in control, he can come with his host of demons. He would come back to a life which had once been delivered from him by taking *"....with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself,....*
Matt 12:43-45 teaches us that the devil can be put out of control. He can be dislodged, but this would not stop him from striving to regain control again.
Also, he can prove to be uncontrollable. The question we should ask ourselves is how he could still be monitoring a body that he had been dislodged from.
It tells us how he refuses to accept defeat and would be waiting for a time he would strike again.
Matthew teaches us to be careful and avoid backsliding and that the end of a backslider would be worse.
The devil may be out of control, but he is not out of our control. We can put everything that we know he could use to weaken our defense against him and thereby have him in subjection, ref 1 Cor 9:27.
We can also have him flee from us by resisting him, Jam 4:7.
Do not give Satan the opportunity to take control of you.
Do not allow him to outnumber or outorganize you.
As he strives to regain control, you must guard yourself by ensuring you put him under control. Restrain and resist him by limiting his freedom to act as he pleases.
*Remorse corner.*
The devil may be out of control, but he is not out of our control if we put him under control.
*Call to Word action.*
Do not be out of the control of God. If you are out of His control, the Devil will regain his control over you. You will not only be outnumbered but outorganized, ref Matt 12:43-45.
*The Christian clarion duty.*
Do not allow Satan to regain control over you.
Organize yourself in the Lord.
*Prayer.*
Lord, let not Satan gain or regain control of me, in Jesus name.
Good morning, all, and be blessed as you go today.
God bless you.
