1 Cor 8:3 --'►🔹 *But if any man love God, the same is known of him.*🔹

It is important we know God but more important is, God knowing us.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

There are people Jesus, as the Righteous Judge, will condemn to eternal separation from Him.

The dividing line is set. This is that: though many will claim all good works but they will be found to have failed to do the needful that mostly counted.

What is the needful? This is- the faith in the one God sent, Christ (John 6:29).

Not all power is of God. Eph 6 speaks of evil powers. However God knows of such evil powers and they only operate through His permissive will. Christ is the Head of all principality and power, Col 2:10.

Many in the quest for fame have spurned the Light of the gospel, choosing dark powers instead. This is because their deeds were evil, John 3:19.

It is therefore important that we know God through His Son Jesus Christ.

It is in His name we are secure.
