*WISDOM FOR TODAY.* *YOU CAN RECOVER ALL* *Scripture Treasure.* *And David inquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.* 1 Sam 30:8 *Insight and Highlight.* When God is on your side, you are able to pursue, overtake and recover all that the enemy has stolen from you. *Scripture Commentaries.* Though, not all words of the enemy can be taken as threats, some, if not all, must be taken with all seriousness. A very important admonition is that all his words must be taken to God in prayer. The words of the enemy will end up as mere threats only when God takes over our battle. We must ever believe we have a friend in Jesus. The hymn "What a friend we have in Jesus", second stanza reads: Oh, what peace we often forfeit Oh, what needless pain we bear All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer... To fail to pray is to subject or open ourselves to satanic attacks. We are held captive by the devil, if we fail to resist him through prayer. Jam 4:7 *Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.* *Remorse corner.* There is a solution in God. Once He directs you to pursue, you can be sure you will overtake and recover all. *Word Action.* Do not go to war without God giving you the go ahead. *The Christian clarion duty.* It is not sufficient for the Christian to say he is on God's side. God must be on his side. *Prayer* Lord, as l resist satan through the power in the blood of Christ, let him flee from me and my household, in Jesus name. Good morning all and have a blessed and safe day. God bless you.
