YOU CAN CHANGE THINGS.

*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*

*YOU CAN CHANGE THINGS.*

*Scripture Treasure*

Romans 1:23 *and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

Colossians 3 17 *And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through.*

*Scripture Commentaries.*

We are to be thankful for what God gives us.

We are thankful for life and all that pertains to life and godliness, 2 Pet 1:3-4.

Everyone born has a glory. If anyone is living a life of shame, there may have been an exchange of his/her glory for shame. Glories are exchanged because of sin and satanic activities.

ln this life, there are things that do not belong to us that are with us.

People's glories are exchanged for miseries.

People do bad things. We must live to fear God, live to do everything in the name of the Lord, and thank Him.

Curses and spells are major avenues through which glories are exchanged for miseries and woes.

Dangerous for precedence was the Israelites who changed the glory of the incorruptible God to corruptible, in Exd 32:4. Aaron fashioned a golden calf, saying to the Israelites *“This is your god, who brought you up from the land of Egypt.”*

As Moses was receiving communication from God, Israel was creating a god that could not communicate!

Psalm 106: 35-36 says *They mingled with the nations and learned their practices, and served their idols”*

Paul said in Roman 1:23, saying, people suppress God and change His glory. Though they know God, they do not honor Him as God or give thanks but instead, *".....they profess to be wise and exchange the glory of the incorruptible God for an image.'*

Hosea 4:7 *As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.*

1 Chron 4:9 tells us Jabez's glory was exchanged for sorrow.

Gen 35:18-19, Benjamin's glory might have been exchanged for sorrow, but for Jacb, his father, who immediately changed his name to Benjamin, meaning the son of my right hand.

God's word to Hosea warns idolaters, and people who suppress God's glory that they have only exchanged His glory from an incorruptible God to a corrupt one to their own shame.

God can not be put to shame.

For people who exchange other people's glory to shame, it is also to their shame.

Many people, by the evil act of exchanging other people's glory to shame, have robbed themselves of people who might have been their helpers in life.

Furthermore, God encourages us that people whose glories have been exchanged for shame have the spiritual ability to change their situation through divine intervention and prayers.

Everyone God creates has a glory.

Do not accept the voice of the world telling you that you are not destined for glory.

Do not accept shame in your life

Do not accept what is less than the glory of God in your life.

You have the power to change what you do not want.

Do not change negatively. Do not change against God, Exd 32:4, Rom 1:23.

Change positively. You have the power to change things through prayer, 1 Chro 4:9-10, Gen 35:18-19.

*Remorse corner.*

Are there situations in your life that you are not happy with?

Remember, prayer changes things.

*The Christian clarion duty.*

God gives us the ability to change things we are not happy with through prayers

*Prayer*

Lord, help me to my God-given ability to change things l am not happy with in my life through Godly prayers, in Jesus name.

Good morning all, and be blessed as you come into His presence today.

God bless you.
