The greatest wealth and strength of any nation is its youth. In posterity, they are our value generation. A generation that creates value.
The future of the nation will have depends on how much is invested in its youths.
They are potential energy when strengthed and empowered.
As much as the Bible encourages youths' empowerment, it warns us that youths can lose strength, ref Isaiah 40:30.
We have seen today and even in the scriptures that in spite of repeated powerful admonition to impact the lives of youths, their hearing the same things does not mean arriving at the same level of improvement expected of them, 1 Kgs 12:8-14.
Prov 7:7 And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
To be a value generation, our youths do need the Godly older generation.
With youthful energy, the youths are a powerhouse but every powerhouse needs a storehouse of the wealth of knowledge, namely the elders.
The elder and older generation must know that what an eligible potential youth will hear is what will determine where they will find themselves.
As an elder who has something impactful to offer, do not withhold it from the youth.
Youths, Leviticus 19:32 says Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly, and revere your God. I am the LORD.

Let the older generation participate, lead the youth generation. It is value-added to achieve value generation in our youth.

Youths, what you do with what you hear is what determines where you will find yourself.
Prayer
Lord, make our youth a value generation, in Jesus name.
