*Scripture Treasure.*

Matt 12:43-45 *When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.*

*Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.*

*Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

The witches and wizards torment their targets.

The good news is that the devil can not possess you if you are in Christ.

Who is the witch, and who is the wizard?

Jesus teaches us further as follows.

First, witches and wizards are restless. Though they be cast out, they seek to repossess or reposition themselves.

They do not give up. The believer can not afford to be an ex-believer, and those who do not have Christ can not afford to remain as they are.

Matt 12:34-35 tells us unclean spirits can depart from a delivered or a saved soul. So, if you have Christ, the spirit of Satan can not possess you but depart. If, however, you become careless to draw back, he will repossess and reposition itself.

You must release yourself for Jesus to possess you. Satan’s spirit must leave.

Satan's spirit will only come back if it finds a habitation empty by the non-existence of Jesus' Spirit or the departure of the Spirit.

Jesus further tells us that Satan's spirit will return with * other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first......'*

Witches and wizards are able to possess their would-be victims through the spirit of Satan in them.

These spirits connect them to their victims

Second, Paul tells us that though the spirit of Satan can not possess the believer, it can trouble him.

Paul explains in 2 Cor 12:7 that though he had the Spirit of God in him, he said *"....there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me,....'*

There are Satan’s messengers sent to torment the believer as a thorn in his flesh (2 Cor 12:7).

Their activities of troubling a believer are made worse because they know they can not possess him.

Live to believe that only Jesus power can destroy the power of Satan.

Remember, we live to pray and conquer Satan. Do not be a victim of Satan. There is no prayer that can save Satan’s dead victims into eternity.

We pray to live, and we live to pray.

Accept Jesus today, if you have not. Only, He has the power over witches and wizards.

*Remorse corner.*

Who are witches and wizards? They are Satan’s agents of destruction.

*Call to Word action.*

Are they troubling you? Call on Jesus today. Their powers will bow to Him.

2 Thess 1:6 *For it is a righteous thing with God to recompense with tribulation those who trouble you;*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

You must live to destroy evil spirits. They must not live to destroy you.

Lord, l claim authority and power in Christ to destroy all principalities and powers in Jesus name.

Good morning, all, and be blessed as you come into His presence today.

God bless you.
