2 Cor 12:15 *And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.*

Love thrives, even when he is not loved or welcomed.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

God's love is honorable.

However, when it is neglected or frustrated, it leads to deadly consequences.

John says anyone who does not accept God's love through Christ is condemned already, John 3:18.

Love thrives, even when she is not loved or welcomed because love is long suffering. It suffers long and it is kind (1 Cor 13: 4). It endures a lot, 1 Cor 13:7.

Heb 10:24 says we *"...consider one another to provoke unto love".* This means to consider one another in order to stir up love.

So, we can provoke one another unto love yet love itself is not easily provoked, 1 Cor 13:5. This means you cannot provoke someone who loves, to anger because he is not too soon angry. Love is patient.

So also God is patient but anytime God is angry, it means the offender had sold himself to unrepented offenses.

God is not easily provoked, meaning before you can make God angry, you must have been severally warned yet unrepentant so judgment must come, Deut 32: 21-23.

Scripture says God does *".... not afflict willingly...*, Lam 3:33.

When God's love is provoked, His other side as consuming fire takes over.

Blind love, loves blindly. Do not abuse it.

Celebrate love while it lasts. Give love her honor when offered or given to you.

*Call to Word action.*

Love thrives, even when she is not loved but you stand to gain more when love is welcomed.

*The Christian clarion duty.*

When your love for someone is blind, you appear foolish to people. True and Godly love to the unlovable is beyond any human comprehension, John 11:49-50, Rom 5:8.

*Prayer*

Let the love of God find expression in my life, in Jesus name.
