2 Timothy 2:2 *And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.*
*Insight and Highlight.*
What will you hand down to your children as Kingdom Will besides your properties?
This was what Paul handed down to Timothy: 2 Tim 1:13 *Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.*
*Scripture Commentaries.*
The Bible teaches about handing down God fearing legacies to our children. Prov 22:6 *Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.*
Sometimes, it is called a dream; meaning, what one believes is right and should be done or achieved. " Some people preserve these dreams and remind themselves to follow them.
The Bible, to us as believers, is not a dream but God's heart concerning human conduct.
The children of Jehonadab, son of Rekab, are one of many good examples, Jer 35:6
Paul had a Kingdom will and legacy for Timothy.
Timothy is exhorted to keep persevering, be consistent, and preserve the gospel of God.
He was to further teach others.
Timothy is taught what to beware and what to follow after. 2 Timothy 2:22 *Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.*
He is exhorted to keep constancy.
Paul exhorts Timothy saying, *"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.*, 2 Tim 2:1.
Also, Malachi exhorts the priest that their lips should keep knowledge and seek the law of God in their mouth, Malachi 2:7.
In the teaching of Paul to Timothy, he told him to preserve what he had learned, and teaching others about them is key to preserving God's word.
The psalmist preserved God's word, and it helped him to avoid sinning against God,
Ps 119:11.
The new generation is coming, and they need a dream, a vision, a revelation, a legacy.
Little children are coming, and they need a legacy, but we ourselves must follow what is right before we can hand down our beliefs.
Paul preserved God's will, and so he was able to pass it down to Timothy.
We are not to limit ourselves to bequeathing properties and financial gains to our children.
As we have a will as testators for our children to look forward to, we should also have a Kingdom will to preserve God's service and fear in the hearts of our children.
We must continue the generation of God-fearing breeds for priesthood, a generation that walks in God's ways.
Always place in the heart of your children, reminding them to preserve God's word and persevere in Him.
What are you preserving to hand down to make up coming generations God fearing?

A generation of God-fearing people is God's heart. Do not be the last priest in your household. God still looks for a generation that will continue with Him, ref 1 Sam 2:30.

Deuteronomy 11:19 *And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.*
*The Christian clarion duty.*
Is 59:21 *As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the Lord; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.*

Genesis 18:19 *For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.*
