*TURN A NEW LEAF.(2)*
*Scripture Treasure.*
2 Cor 7: 10 *For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.*
*Insight and Highlight.*
How sorrowful and repentant are you over your sin?
*Scripture Commentaries.*
As bad as Ahab was, God's response to his humble supplication teaches us
that there is no sin so bad that God can not forgive if we are sincere with our repentance
His repentance was, however, not of godly sorrow.
2 Cor 7: 10 *For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.*
It was a sorrow of the world for fear of judgment, not for fear of God.
Psalms 130:3-4 opens our eyes to tell us that God is constrained by His mercy because if He measured us and marked us with our sins, no one would ever have their prayers answered.
Sin must not be pleasurable to us enough to refuse to forsake it.
Also, being lukewarm with all our excuses should not make us so complacent to ignore serving or trusting in God.
We must always remember that our enemy, Satan, and his agents are not resting.
We must continually search ourselves.
As we grow physiically, our spiritual growth must not be ignored.
To grow well in age or be young in age, but immature spiritually is very dangerous to our relationship with God.
Let us search our spiritual growth. If it is not healthy, we can turn a new leaf today.
*Remorse corner.*
How sincere are you with God?

*The Christian clarion duty.*
Do not be tired. You were not called to get tired but to receive strength when we were tired.
*Prayer.*
Lord, l receive strength, l turn a new leaf. Rather than bow out, l will continue on board with Christ. I step into my new dawn in Jesus name.
Good morning, all, and be blessed as you come into His presence today.
God bless you.
