THE OUTPOURING OF THE SPIRIT

*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*

*THE OUTPOURING OF THE SPIRIT.*

Acts 11:15 *And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

An open an pure heart is the road way to true salvation. It moves God.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

The outpouring of the Spirit is the baptism of the Spirit by fire.

This experience must not be assumed.

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit set a pattern in Acts 2;4.

Any assumed baptism that does not result in a greater fellowship with Christ and a more intense communion with God as our Father is not from God.

Any assumed baptism in the Spirit that diminishes our hunger for God, to read His word, is not from God.

Baptism in the Spirit must lead to a greater awareness and fear of God, His presence in our daily lives.

It will increase our heartfelt cry of Abba Father, Rom 8:15, Gal 4:16.

The baptism in the Spirit would be determined by the visible transformation of the individual, the true love for the brethren, the infusion of joy, Spirit inspired utterances and boldness to witness.

Do a self evaluation today. Is there worldliness or any of the works of the flesh still in you?

If there are, your baptism is only an assumed one.

You can change today. Call on Jesus in humility from your heart.

*Remorse corner.*

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is evident by your joy that a soul is saved.

*Call to Word action.*

The growth and manifesting of the Spirit poured on others comes with your convinction that God had granted salvation, Acts 11:18.

*The Christian clarion duty.*

If you have been baptized in the Spirit you will be glad to say *"God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ;...."*, Acts 11:17.

*Prayer.*

Lord, let me as l have believed, live a life in the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name.

Good morning all and be blessed as you come into His presence, today.

God bless you.
