*SIN WHEN UNCHECKED, MULTIPLIES.*

James 1:14-15 ---►🔹 *But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.*🔹
🔹 *Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.*🔹

Galatians 5:9 ---►🔹 *A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.*🔹
Sin, when unchecked multiplies. It not only multiplies, it mutates by permanently altering and destroying the sinner.
*Scripture Commentaries.*
Sin brings death, both spiritual and physical, Rom 6:23.
It results in sinful nature that opens doors to demonic attacks, ref John 8:11.
Most people who are controlled by one sin have many and diverse sin common with them.
For example, anger brings along with it murder, ref Matt 5:21-22.
Many who carry one form of sin, carry many. 1 John 3:15 --►🔹 *Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.*🔹
Esau hated Jacob and embarked on killing him but for God's declared foreknowledge (Gen 25:23) and intervention, he could have done so, Gen 27:41, 32:28,
Cain is also a good example, Gen 4:5-8.
Ahab's covetousness brought along murder, 1 Kgs 21. People who covet can kill, ref James 4:2.
David's adultery brought murder, ref 2 Sam 11-12. By his adultery, David's sin went through a process of mutation for he who started with adultery violated more than the 7th commandment. He moved from adultery to falsehood, manipulation to a killer, etc. He violated not only the 7th commandment but also, the 5th, 7-10th commandments.
Amnon's lust began with lust, to deception finally to the rape of Tamar. The end result was murder, 2 Sam 13:22-28.
No one carries one sin without carrying many along with it.

It takes s a spirit more than suborness to make a person who is often rebuked to continue to harden his neck unto he is destroyed, Prov 29:1.
One sin gives birth to another, sin mutates.
Becareful, what are you feeding on, or worst still what is feeding on you?
*Remorse corner.*
Ask God to enable you work on your shortcomings. Work on yourself. Any contrary spirit operating in your life, is not just in your life for the sake of it. It is there to open doors for more vices to operate.
*Call to Word action.*
Cain's bitterness brought more of the person of sin crouching at his door.
Genesis 4:7 ---►🔹 *If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.*🔹(NIV)
*Prayer.*
James 1:21---►🔹 *Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.*🔹
