1 Sam 2:1 *And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.*
*Insight and Highlight.*
When the enemy is silenced, our mouth is enlarged.
It is important, God helps us to get rid of our enemies.
Just as important as God ridding us of our enemies, is keeping them silent.
The bible tells us how dangerous the violence or scourge of the tongue can be and prays that we be delivered from it.
Job 5:21 *Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh.*
God did not just remove Hannah's reproach, He permanently silenced Peninah, giving Hannah 3 boys and 2 girls in addition to Samuel, 1 Sam 2:21
May every tongue spoken to imprison you be silenced, in Jesus name.
Psalm 31:17 *O LORD, let me not be ashamed, for I have called on You. Let the wicked be put to shame; let them lie silent in Sheol.*
*Call to Word action.*
Psalm 12:3 *The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:*
*The Christian clarion duty.*
Watch your tongue!
Ephesians 4:29 *Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.*
Psalm 31:18 *Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous*, in Jesus name.
Good morning all and have a blessed day today.
God bless you.
