SILENCE THE ENEMY
*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*
*SILENCE THE ENEMY*
*Scripture Treasure.*
Psalms 143:12 *In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant.*
*Insight and Highlight.*
The believer can put the power of darkness under his feet instead of allowing them to control him.
*Scripture Commentaries.*
To silence the enemy is to put him in subjection.
A time, free of the devil, is often enjoyed by the believer. Luke 4:13 says the devil departed from Jesus *"....for a season.*
To all believers, information is available. To the careless, though information is available, but their attention to knowledge is inadequate. This is because the devil has made so many believers to live in ignorance of the word of God inspite of Paul's warning in 2 Cor 2:11
As children of God, we have been given the power and authority to silence the devil and his agent when they confront us or meddle into our affairs. Luke 10:19.
It is the Lord's will to make our enemies our footstool (Gen 3:15, Rom 16:20), but we must be rightly placed as instructed.
Divine placement is key. The word said in Acts 2:34-35, *The LORD saith unto my Lord, sit down at my right hand until I make thy foes thy footstool.*
Do you wish to silence your enemies?
Put him where he belongs, Matt 16:23
*Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”*
Rebuke him, resist him. *"Away from Me, Satan!" Jesus declared...* Matt 4:10.
*Remorse corner.*
Do not be ignorant of your God given authority over satan!*
*Call to Word action.*
Luke 10:19 *Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.*
*The Christian clarion duty.*
In order to live a triumphant Christian life, the Christian must silence the enemy.
*Prayer.*
Lord, silence my enemies. Keep them silent over my life, in Jesus name
Good morning all and have a blessed day today.
God bless you.
