*Scripture Commentaries.*
There are various ways the Bible recognizes how we pray to God. One most common on our Church pews is on our knees.
Kneeling is a very common Church tradition, indicating humility and honor to our King.
Kneeling, though very common, has not made other forms of prayer ineffective.
The scriptures record Jesus withdrew about a stone’s throw beyond them, *knelt down and prayed,* “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.”🔹(NIV) Luke 22:41-42.
In the garden of Gestimane Jesus said to them, 🔹My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” Going a little farther, *he fell with his face to the ground and prayed*, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.” (NIV) Matt 26:38-39.
1 Timothy 2:8-- ►🔹Therefore I want the men everywhere *to pray, lifting up holy hands* without anger or disputing.
Prayer becomes possibilities when we make prayer possible as part of our lives.
Are you praying with all your heart?

Prayer postures may be circumstantial
Whichever posture you choose, make sure you pray from a penitent heart and your prayers shall be possibilities.
*Prayer*
Lord, lead me to a prayer life. Help me to live a life of sincere and devoted prayer from my heart, in Jesus name.
Good morning all and have a blessed day.
God bless you.
