NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN

*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*

*NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN.*

*Scripture Treasure.*

Gen 18:12-15

v12 *Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?*

v13 *And the Lord said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?*

v14 *Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.*

v15 *Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

Luke 1:37 *For with God nothing shall be impossible.*

*Scripture Commentaries.*

There are situations that appear insurmountable to us, especially when they linger for too long.

Sarah's predicament shows us that when a problem has persisted for too long, any prophecy from even the most elect may be laughable. One area of thought here is the mindset that one has heard the prophecy over and over again, but nothing seems to have happened.

There is always a solution to every problem facing us.

A fundamental example is when God swiftly moved in to cover the nakedness of Adam and Eve.

Gen 3:21 says God made them *"....coats of skins, and clothed them."*

Another example is that while we were in our sins, God was reconciling the world to Himself through Christ's death. Romans 5:8 *But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.*

God is ever working to see you through your problems.

Do not ever say never to what God is ever working on.

*Remorse corner.*

Sarah was saying never to what God was ever working on.

God had been calling Abram (exalted father) Abraham (father of nations) long before He made him the father of nations.

*Call to word action.*

God saw the barreness all along but did not see a barren promise.

Genesis 17:5 *Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

God knows our frame. He already has a solution in place before we got into those problems.

Never say never again!

*Prayer.*

Lord, Your promises are not barren, and neither do they fail. I believe l will never fail in Jesus name.

Good morning all, and have a blessed day today.

God bless you.
