Acts 26:28 *Then Agrippa said to Paul, “Do you think that in such a short time you can persuade me to be a Christian?”*
*Insight and Highlight.*
God's salvage Kingdom is the Kingdom of the saved souls. If you refuse to be salvaged, you will be savaged.

God promises and planned purposes are His truth.
Paul was accused by the Jews and was brought before Agrippa.
He pulled up a persuasive defense.
Paul said that he was being judged by the Jews and he was standing before Agrippa *".....concerning the hope and resurrection of the dead....'*, Acts 23:6.
The people resisted his preaching, doubting if the dead would ever be raised.
Paul replied them, when he further asked, *"Why should it be thought incredible by you that God raises the dead?* Acts 23:8
Paul was emphatic, and by his words in Phil 3:10-11, we can see why he spoke the way he spoke before Agrippa. Paul himself had wished he would know *...the power of his sufferings and the fellowship of His suffering,.....* and *.....if by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.*
His purpose was to change the people to honor the salvation grace of God.
He says in Philp 3: 20-21 *"For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,......."*
Paul went on undeterred, further explaining before Agrippa saying
*....Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great,....."* Acts 26:21-23.
Paul defense was so forcefully powerful that King Agrippa said to him, *“You almost persuade me to become a Christian.”* (Acts 26:28).
Paul said to him *“I would to God that not only you, but also all who hear me today, might become both almost and altogether such as I am, except for these chains.”*(Acts 26:29).
Today, we will look at one reason out a few we can learn from the encounter of Paul with Agrippa.
This is in personal evangelism.
We need personal courage good enough to penetrate the corridor of power. As much as power is important, penetrating people in positions of authority could be very intimidating.
People of lower status often find it hard to push the gospel to people of higher status.
As intimidating as it may be, people of lower status ought to pray to penetrate these people, and so also people of the same status should use their good offices to reach their fellow executives.
Paul used his Roman citizenship to penetrate the ranks.
At the scene of the mob violence against him, Paul said to the centurion
who was directed to flog him, saying
*'Is it legal for you to flog a Roman citizen who hasn’t even been found guilty?”*
With his Roman citizenship made known, the Romans gave him audience and the commander paid more attention to Paul and wanted to know why the Jews accused him, Acts 22-30.
This was what eventually brought him before the Sanhedrin and to Agrippa.
Remember, people are savaged, destroyed by Satan every day, but we can salvage and save them through the word of Christ.
Our personal evangelism is most effective when we develop the attitude of Paul using our status, position to get what we want to achieve for Christ.

You are in that position of authority to win people in places of authority.

Lord, help me to confidently and courageously use my position in life to bring people to Christ, in Jesus name.
