*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*
*GOD REDEFINES LOST POSSIBILITIES.*
*Scripture Treasure.*
Gen 41:38-39 *And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?*
*And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art:*
*Insight and Highlight.*
God blesses men through men. The same Pharaoh who seem to have put away all Joseph's life possibilities was used by God to redefine his possibilities.
*Scripture Commentaries.*
It is an acceptable truth that children of men undo each other and the same children of men are used by God bless men.
God has not finished with the children of men. For as long as some of them are enemies to others, He still retains His sovereign will to bless men through men.
Pharaoh did not know God.
It was not surprising that he did not call on God, but he sent for Joseph, yet God was willing to work through Joseph for Pharaoh in order to establish his throne.
God's ultimate purpose to override Pharaoh's unbelief in Him was for no purpose other than to release Joseph from prison and set him up to save *".... much people alive."*, Gen 50:20.
The same Pharaoh who defied all possibilities was used by God to redefine the possibilities in Joseph's life.
Consider what Joseph might have gone through in those years in Pharaoh's palace and as a prisoner in Egypt.
If you believe God blesses men through men, you should have the hope that the same enemies who have been standing at your gates will be your stepping stones to your great destinies.
While many may be wondering how Abraham's descendants will come to fulfill God's promise to Abraham that *"....thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;*, Gen 15:13, God was working through a dream in order to shape the destiny of Israel as a nation and their exodus to Egypt, Gen 41:1.
All hopes may seem lost for Joseph. All possibilities looked doomed, but God was redefining the hopeless possibilities to a hopeful one.
Pharaoh never thought he would have use of Joseph again, nor did Joseph ever think he would have need of Pharaoh again. The two had to be one to redefine
possibilities in achieving God's will.
God saw something, neither Joseph nor Pharaoh could see.
God, however, brought them together again
to prove why He still kept Pharaoh there in order to raise a Joseph he(Pharaoh) never thought would be of help to Egypt.
At the end of it all, God got the glory, The Pharaoh who never expressed a fear for God did so, Gen 41:38-44.
Does every mountain seem unmovable, or the enemies seem ever troubling more than before?
Be encouraged! God is working to redefine possibilities for you!
Congratulations!
*Remorse corner.*
God can redefine possibilities. Nothing is without hope with Him.
*Call to Word action.*
Matthew 21:42 *Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: 'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is from the Lord, and it is marvelous in our eyes.*
*The Christian clarion duty.*
No hope is lost, and nothing is so bad or useless that God can not reuse to redefine the possibilities in your life.
*Prayer.*
Lord, give my life a new meaning. Redefine possibilities in my life to fulfill your divine will in Jesus name.
Good morning all, and have a blessed day today.
God bless you.
