If we are to conquer giants, we must conquer the identity crisis syndrome.
There is no loss of confidence that can be compared to when a person fails to know who he/she is or what he/she is capable of doing.
Self confidence, as long as it is not abused to become over confidence, is a very important requisite to achieving great things.
Most times we can only deliver what we limit ourselves to. In other words we are unable to do more than we have limited ourselves. We cannot do more than the limit we have given ourselves even when given the opportunity and ability to do more.
As a man thinks in his heart so he is, Prov 23:7.
The ten spies had considered themselves as small as grasshoppers when God had purposed to give them the very land they brought the evil report against.
They had an identity crisis. They failed to know they were inheritors of Cannan.
God had made up His mind long before they were sent out as spies.
They were only asked to spy a land God Himself had already known. To spy the land was only for them to prepare themselves of what to expect in the land.
Many will fail to enter into God's promise not because God failed (for He cannot fail), but because they failed to rise up to take their rightful places in God's plan for their lives.
Take up the challenge.
Do not allow faith extinguishers.
Boost your faith and that of others, do not allow bursters a place in your life!

While Joshua and Caleb were faith boosters, the other remaing ten tribes were faith bursters and destroyers.

If you are to conquer your giants...you must conquer your identity crisis.

Lord, let me know who l am in You, so that the world will not define me the way they want, in Jesus name.
