*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*

*DO NOT GIVE ROOM TO SATAN.(5)*

*Scripture Treasure.*

Heb 10:25 *Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

Paul hopes to encourage believers to avoid habitual abandonment of fellowship, though there may be occasional and necessary absences.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

Paul encourages that the more we approach the second coming of Jesus and His final judgment, the closer we must get to God. As the days advance, the more we must advance and make progress to knowing God.

One of the best and potent ways is fellowshipping with other believers.

While there are personal, official, health reasons for missing fellowship at times, it must not be a habit.

It is a warning to warn against abandoning fellowship with other believers

It is not spiritually healthy as too much absence could open room for sin and temptation to rule in a heart that is void of constant nourishment of His word

Something must occupy the human mind.

No mind/heart is created to be empty.

There can be no vacuum. This is how God created us.

When the heart is full. It is full with something. If it is empty, it is empty of something for another to fill, ref Matt 12:43-45.

Fellowshipping with fellow believers

provides mutual support and encouragement.

You can not be in God's presence and go home empty. You may not see it but there must be a parting gift from God.

Paul hopes to also encourage those who are discouraged or becoming discouraged from coming into fellowship with other brethren. Paul tells them that there is grave danger of falling into the temptation or drawing away, and drifting away from the Christian service is imminent. It is a disaster about to happen.

Remember, Satan is watching and is glad you are forsaking and drifting away.

The more you continue to drift away the more you get use to it and there will come to a time when not going to Church becomes normal and stop meaning anything to you.

You will become conformable and it becomes a part of your life.

Do not forsake assembly with other believers.

Do not give room to Satan.

*Remorse corner.*

The farther you keep way from fellowship, the more room Satan is gaining.

*Call to Word action.*

Every fellowship will sharpen and encourage you.

Prov 27:17 *Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

The more of fellowship you forsake the less of God's word to challenge Satan's occupancy.

*Prayer.*

Lord help me. Do not let me open the door to Satan, in Jesus name.

Good morning all and be blessed as you come into His presence.

God bless you.

Shalom.
