God's wants us to be of sound judgment. The quality to quickly notice things long before they happen.

It is important for us to have insight, be observant, sharp-witted, and discerning. It is referred to in the scriptures as the ability to discern.
The Bible also uses the admonition to be circumspect; watching carefully how you walk and live.
A person of perception is a person of good judgment. He is a man of understanding.
He is considered wise, paying careful attention as a wise person as he walks.
God is a perfect example of sound perception. Though He knows the beginning from the end, He remains a perfect example of the ability to notice something quickly and easily.
John 13:21 *When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.*
Perception is important to us, especially believers.
We must not walk without a keen and penetrative understanding of the environment we find ourselves.
We must not walk as fools, Eph 5:15.
We must not jump into relationships. Pay close attention to your environments.
Noticing things that other individuals around you may not notice is great strength.
Jesus said to His disciples that one of them at the last supper, on the table with Him, would betray Him, Luke 22:21.
God's foresight is one His attributes, though unique to Him, but shared with us.
Many have died before their time because they failed to pay attention to what was happening around them.
The elders have a saying that 'perception is the medicine of the elders'
Be a good listener too and enhance your ability to scan your environment for enemies, leads, opportunities etc.
Ask the Holy Spirit to help your senses of perception. The Spirit of discerning, discerning of spirits are available from God.
There is no better way to understand or know anything except through the Spirit, 1 Cor 12:10

A Christian who is able to quickly discern will quickly gain control of his environment. He will not only know what to do but will know what others are about to do or are doing, 1 Chro 12:32.

Lord help me to be very careful how l live . Let me live wisely with sound judgment, in Jesus name.
