*Scripture Treasure.*

Acts 1:9-11 *And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.*

*And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;*

*Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

There is only one Messiah, and He would fulfill both roles of the rapture saints and end time judgment.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

Jesus will be coming to take His saints in what we termed the rapture.

Paul says in 2 Thess 4:16 *For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:*

The second coming is spoken of in greatest detail in Revelation 19:11-16,

*And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;....*In righteousness, he doth judge and make war.*

*And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.*

*And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;*

Those who gave their lives to Jesus, those who Jesus was the Savior around the world, will be taken up into Heaven prior to the seven years of unleashing of the tribulative events.

The Apostle Peter says there will be 'a great noise' and fire judgment of the earth, which is interpreted, the day of the Lord, 2 Pet 3:10.

The word of God warns us to remain steadfast, James 5:8.

Every believer must earnestly pray and look forward to Christ's return. It is a sign that you love the Lord when you pray as you look forward to His return.

Paul says 1 Cor 16:22 *If anyone does not love the Lord, let that person be cursed! Come, Lord!*

As we pray for His second coming, we are not praying against any impossibility, constraints, or limiting factors that will stand against the event happening.

Christ's second coming is a settled matter. It will happen, Rev 22:20.

We pray for Christ coming because we resolve to see an end to life's troubles. This is because the end of our problems, challenges, and spiritual warfare will come only when Jesus returns to take us to Himself.

Are you prepared?

*Remorse corner.*

Will you go with Christ's saints when He comes again?

*Call to Word action.*

If you pray for the Lord’s return, you will also witness and testify its truth:

Revelation 22:20

*He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

Matt 6: 9-10 *After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.*

*Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.*

Come, o Lord. Let me go with you when You come, in Jesus name.

Good morning , and be blessed as you go today.

God bless you.
