*Scripture Treasure.*

Romans 12:5 *So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.*

*Insight and Highlight*

Individuality can only be seen if the collective is working.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

We all need each other, Eccl 4:9-12.

As much as the Bible encourages us as individuals to grow, it also encourages that we work collectively.

It encourages more collective efforts than working in isolation of others.

Jesus, our Mentor, even preached collectivity with individuality.

John 5:17 *But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.*

He and His Father are one, John 10:30.

He never worked independently of His Father, *"...whatever the Father does the Son also does."*, John 5:19.

The Trinity, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit can best be described as the power of individuality when the collectivity is at work.

In the Trinity, none is God without the other, each with the others is God.

Many Christian fellowships are developing cracks today because individuality is not accommodating collectivity.

We must be aware of one another, working together is vital for survival, Romans 12:10 *Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another;*

If the collective is not working, the individuality will not work and will not solve any thing.

Collective participation makes way for God to top our joint efforts with success.

1 Cor 3:6 *l have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.*

Not everyone realizes that we need each other, 1 Cor 12: 21 *And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.*

Some people conclude they do not need anyone because they consider themselves independent of others. At times thinking others are inferior to them:

1 Cor 12: 22 *Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:*

It is not only victory for common sense to know we need each other, the scriptures say so.

It must come one day, that those who feel they are comfortable will need assistance from the those they had earlier despised.

1 Cor 12: 23-24 say *"....and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.*

*For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.*

A song writer once wrote "People, people who need people, are the luckiest people in the world."

In other words "People who realize they need people are the most fortunate people in the world."

These people are blessed because they are doing what the word of God says.

Gal 6:2 *Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.*

Do you realize this?

Are you aware of one another?

Are you aware of how useful someone might be to you now or in the future?

*Remorse corner.*

Though we need each other, we are also admonished not to be overdependent on one another (as it may cause discord, 1 Cor 12:25, Prov 25:17).

Be understanding, concerned and be thoughful.

*Call to Word action.*

1 Cor 12:25 *"so that there might be no disharmony in the body, but that its parts should have the same concern for each other.*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

If the collective is not working, individuality will not solve it. If individuality is not working, encourage collectivity.

Lord, help me to know the essence of unity in Jesus name.

Good morning all and have a blessed day.

God bless you.
