ABUSE, NEGLECT AND WASTE

*ABUSE, NEGLECT AND WASTE.*
*Scripture Treasure.*
1 Chron 15:13 ► *For because ye did it not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.*
*Insight and Highlight.*
When the purpose of a thing is not known abuse is inevitable.
*Scripture Commentaries.*
Many believers, though have a vision of Heaven and appear Heaven bound, may lose rewards, crowns due to neglect, abuse and waste of Kingdom resources, 1 Cor 3:13-15.
David blamed the Levites for their breach of duties over the Ark.of God. He blamed the death of Uzzah on them. He told them their breach paved way for God's anger.
Our neglect of duty, will lead to abuse and may lead to fatal consequences.
The foundation of neglect stems from when a person does not appreciate or take to heart his/her delegated responsibilities.
We must always keep at the back of our minds that a person can never be fruitful in an office he does not appreciate.
The parable of the talents (Matt 25: 14-30), parable of the hidden treasure and the pearl (Matt 13: 44-46), the parable of the unprofitable servants (Luke 17:7-10), all point to the truth that everyone called of God must value what he has been given or chosen to do.
In the case that they do not, they will be unfruitul.
God has given us duties according to our different abilities, so no one should under utilize his or her abilities (Matt 25:15)
When anyone does not utilize or underutilizes, he or she is either guilty of abuse, neglect or both. Worse still is, a waster of Kingdom resources.
What will be God's judgment, when your work is put to test?

*Prayer.*
Lord, let me not abuse, neglect or be a waster of Kingdom resources, in Jesus name.
Good morning all and have a blessed day today.
God bless you.
