*WISDOM FOR TODAY.*

*A WILLING HEART.*

*Scripture Treasure.*

Psalm 110:3 *Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.*

*Insight and Highlight.*

Do not be so depressed to miss the day of His power.

*Scripture Commentaries.*

The day of God's power is a day we all must look forward to, and when it comes, we must be willing to cooperate with God.

There are two ways we can have a willing heart.

First is a willing heart God leaves to our discretion. God has limited Himself in some ways, and one of them is a free moral responsibility to choose.

In today's edition, we will discuss this.

To have a willing heart is a first vital point of call.

It starts with us.

Our heart must first compel us.

2 Cor 18:2 says, *For if there be first a willing mind,....."*

Paul says in 2 Cor 9:7 *Every man according as he purposeth in his heart,...."*

These tell us that God measures our hearts.

We must be readiness ready, willingly ready from our hearts.

So for you and l to be relevant in the Kingdom of God, we must be ready to give, to receive, to serve from a willing heart.

God's people must offer themselves willingly in the day of His power. A free-will gift to God, they must present themselves a living sacrifice to be used by God, Rom 12:1-2.

Only willing people will witness and receive in the day of His power.

God did not grant David his request to build Him a house because of the blood in his hands.

He, however, gave David more than David could wish. God gave Him his blessings to build a house for Him, a covenant of salt, a generational privilege that extended to Solomon because David's heart was right to do this, 2 Sam 7:2.

Solomon would later say 1 Kings 8:18 *And the LORD said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.*

God is ready and will come to deliver you, but will you be willing to cooperate with Him?

*Remorse corner.*

Awake from your slumber. Awake from your depression.

*Call to Word action.*

Shake off your slumber!

Romans 13:11-13 *And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.*

*The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.*

*Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

God can visit you any day. Be willing in the day of His power.

Do not miss it for the reason of unwillingness.

*Prayer.*

Lord, l am willing in the day of Your power. Please visit me, in Jesus name.

Good morning all, and have a blessed day today.

God bless you.
