Create time for God because of your time of need for protection against life's harsh realities.

Our safety is in God. Not all around you are your friends.

Even when life presents its harsh realities, we see it as an enemy, though we live in it and pray to live long in it.

We can not live life successful if we neglect the One who created it.

You must live never to be discouraged by whatever anyone says about a child of God and God Himself.

People insult God how much more His chosen.

To many of us, life dictates what we do rather than God.

Listen to God. Let God dictate your life's direction.

Solomon warns to tell us that if we do not yield to God when He is calling, He may not yield when we call upon Him, Prov 1:24-28.

Life saps and sucks if we live it without God.

People die by their own hands than by the hands of the enemy when a man running away from death finds himself in the cold hands of the same death.

We are all faced with these harsh realities, except God is our refuge.

Life around us is guaranteed of

nature's harsh realities.

Life does not guarantee survival for anyone. It does not guarantee life for anyone.

People get what they do not deserve. People are deprived of what they deserve.

People get into trouble looking for peace because people do not want peace but trouble.

People get into trouble for doing good while the wicked get away from trouble and the righteous suffer, Job 1 Ps 34:19, Jam 5:14.

Good people die young while wicked people live longer, Job 21:7.

The wicked become rich while the righteous are poor, Ps 73:12.

The only secure post is the name of the Lord. It is not just a safe haven but a strong tower, Prov 18:10.

Those who are wise to seek God for refuge are considered righteous.

This is because you have to be right in God to believe He can save you.

Those who believe in Him are righteous.

It is righteous to run into His name, the sure and safe haven.

Do you want to be saved from life's harsh realities?.

Run to God every moment of your life!

Nature's harsh realities are common to everyman, but God still promises safety to all who run to Him.

*Call to Word action.*

Life is good and enjoyable if we carry God along or better still if He carries us.

Isaiah 46:4 *And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.*

*The Christian clarion duty.*

Enjoy life because God gave it to you, Eccl 2:24-26, 9:8. It is, however, vanity upon vanity every day, when God is not in it, Eccl 1:2-8.

*Prayer.*

Lord, help me not to live a life of vanity, in Jesus name.
